A solution was developed based on the following components:

This system allows the SOH to record and report on scoring for cleanliness, presentation, impression and levels of maintenance. The FaPI allows the SOH to:
- Record a large number of scores using a tablet PC while disconnected from the network
- Quickly identify objects (doors, rooms, elements etc) in a complex floor plan and level layout
- Produce a variety of reports from a large data set including:
- Text reports
- Graph reports
- Drill down reports
- Export reports in a variety of formats
